It can be reassuring to know that a member of your dedicated team will visit you at an agreed time, on an agreed day. Whether you want a single visit each week, or several every day, we can tailor your care plan to suit.
Timed visits can vary in length, with a minimum requirement of 30 minutes. Many of our clients prefer to have longer visits in the morning and evening to allow for personal care, medication, and meals. Some also opt for a 30-minute lunch visit that allows for a meal and conversation.

Although our Healthcare Assistants cannot do large household chores, we can assist with smaller tasks to make your life that bit easier. Whether you want the dishes done during the visit, a load of laundry completed, or simply a minor vacuum of your bedroom, your Healthcare Assistant will be happy to help.
Our Healthcare Assistants will ensure the utmost hygiene and care when preparing your meals. We will make you food based on your dietary needs and preferences. These can then be consumed when you want.
We can also make food up to store for later meals, allowing you that automy to choose when you want to eat.
Your medication can be vital for your recovery or maintenance. We can support you with this through reminders, or actively helping to prepare and administer prescribed medication.
Please note that we can only assist with prescribed medication, where we have a copy of the prescription. We cannot assist with new medications that have yet to be uploaded onto our system, or over the counter medications.
You can request Absolute Timed Visits that are solely for socialisation. Within this, your Healthcare Assistant can talk with you, go for a walk together, play games, or simply be there to offer you support.
