Compassionate Support Tailored to Your Needs

Absolute Healthcare provide care and companionship services to children and adults across Hampshire.

Our Absolute Promise is that we will always try to help vulnerable people to continue living in their homes as much as possible.

How It Works at Absolute Healthcare

1

You contact us

Our office is open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

2

We discuss your needs

Open, in-depth conversation allows us to figure out the level of care you need, and consider the best Healthcare Assistants for your team.

3

We set up your care package

A Care Co-ordinator will come to your home to conduct an assessment and fill out paperwork. From here, we will then set up your package and schedule your visits!

Our Accreditations

We pride ourselves on a high level of compliance, following CQC and governmental guidelines closely. Have a look at our most recent CQC inspection to find out more.

We also work alongside Dementia Friendly Alton for both training and providing Healthcare Assistants when needed.

Meet the Team

Our Care Team

We go to a great deal of effort to ensure that our care team is trained, monitored, supervised and managed to high standards. Each new Healthcare Assistant goes through a rigorous process before they are allowed to care for our clients:

Selection – we only recruit staff that we believe have an aptitude for care.
Verification – we check references and the Disclosure and Barring Service for every candidate.
Training – all Healthcare Assistants need to undertake full training.

Training courses include:

  • Health & Safety
  • Food Hygiene
  • Infection Control
  • Fire Safety
  • Medication
  • First Aid
  • Moving and handling
  • Additional specialist courses e.g. dementia care, tracheostomy, gastrostomy care

We then carefully monitor each Healthcare Assistant to make sure they are capable and are able to do their job satisfactorily. If additional training is needed this is identified and delivered.

Louise Jeffrey

Director of Care

Louise Jeffrey

Louise is the heart of Absolute. Having qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1997, and completing a degree in Nursing Studies in 2011, Louise has spent decades dedicated to the healthcare industry. Her passion for the role and commitment to safety, compliance, and education, make her an asset to the Absolute team.

Throughout the years, Louise had met many people who found it challenging to care for family, especially with complex needs. This inspired Louise to launch Absolute Healthcare Providers, a service designed to offer personalised support to clients while including their loved ones.

His role within Absolute is vast, spanning from recruitment, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and finance management. Michael’s support and appreciation for the team, as well as openness to new ideas, helps him to keep Absolute innovative.
