Our main office is based in the village of Four Marks, where you will visit for in-house training, meetings, and the collection of company-provided PPE.
Due to the locations of our clients, a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle with business insurance are mandatory.
A Complex Healthcare Assistant provides care to those with challenging or life-altering needs. Some of your time may be spent providing personal care or socialising with a client. However, you also need the knowledge and experience to be able to undertake more challenging procedures.
If you have a history in oxygen management, suctioning, or tracheostomy or gastrostomy care, this may be the ideal role for you!
The shift times are set for this particular role, but you may also have the option of taking on additional hours with some of our non-complex clients.
Full training is provided through both online modules and in-house sessions. We pride ourselves on an extensive knowledge base, with managers equipped to educate and support you as you begin your career.
