Absolute Healthcare was born from a desire to provide good quality nursing-led health care to people living in their own homes, creating a service which compliments community nursing in the area, which Louise Jeffrey (Director of Care RGN) used to be an active part of. We started the business off with three people, and four years on we now have 25 care staff, an office team of 6 people and we’re still growing!

We’re a family run, local business with an enviable reputation based on a loyal team of dedicated carers and a unique nursing-led approach. We offer traditional domiciliary care, from timed visits to companionship.

We also offer 24/7 Live-In care and nursing driven care for more complex medical needs. We have clients all over Hampshire, but you’ll find our head office just outside Alton.

We invest in local people and we offer them ongoing training and qualifications in care, possibly more so than any other Hampshire based private care provider.
